How listings get built

We start from public business data, the kind of factual record any city, county, or state source keeps: address, unit counts, amenities, contact details. On top of that, we synthesize what’s showing up in recent Google reviews to get a current read on resident sentiment. We do not copy or republish review text. Instead, each listing links out to the community’s Google listing so you can read reviews directly at the source.

How rankings work

Every ranking is generated from a published rubric applied consistently across all 417 listings, using the data collected for each profile. There’s no manual override and no way to buy a better spot. If a property’s facts change, for example, new ownership, updated amenities, or a corrected unit count, the business listed can request a correction to those facts. What a business cannot do is edit its own score, sentiment reading, or ranking position. Those come only from the rubric and the underlying data. Sponsorship, and being upfront about referrals

Some listings may carry a clearly labelled “Sponsored” tag. Sponsored placement is shown separately from the earned ranking and never changes a property’s score or its position in the rankings. The two systems are kept apart on purpose.
