Praise centers on the front office, especially manager Lisa, and on a quiet, family-friendly feel. Several recent one-star reviews describe roach infestations, rats, and weak communication, so pest control is the main concern. Ratings split sharply, so ask about pest treatment before signing.
Reviewers would say maintenance and leasing staff often help, and the grounds stay tidy and quiet. The 3.9 rating across 40 Google reviews hides a split. Several residents report the office went silent after move-out, and a few call the rent high for the space.
Most reviewers praise the staff, especially leasing agents and property managers who help with tours, applications, and work orders. Many five-star reviews name specific staff members. Several reviewers also say the maintenance team is responsive and goes beyond what is expected. Common complaints center on parking, roaches, and trash or pet waste in shared hallways. One reviewer says a new unit was not move-in ready, and another says the rusty dishwasher was left unfixed. Recent one- and two-star reviews are more critical than the overall 4.2 rating suggests.
