Most reviewers praise the leasing team, especially Courtney, and say the grounds stay well kept. Many describe quick maintenance and a friendly community. Several five-star reviews are short, so the detail is thin. The two lower reviews describe a different picture. One renter reported mold, leaks, and roaches that were never fixed. Another said a 48-hour repair promise went unmet and the promised rent credit was refused.
