The Berkeley Apartments
Kenza Berthal has single-handedly salvaged move-in experiences for multiple residents through her attentiveness and problem-solving; others credit her patience and friendliness with making the application process smooth. That said, once you live here, maintenance becomes a struggle: residents report waiting months for repairs, mysterious missing packages, unaddressed mold and water damage, and a property manager who does not return calls until move-out day. The 700+ unit community appears stretched thin on staffing. Baron, a leasing agent, has frustrated residents with rushed tours, dismissive attitudes, and incorrect lease information. More broadly, the gap between a strong first impression (thanks to select staff and nice grounds) and post-move-in reality (slow maintenance, communication breakdowns) is the core tension in these reviews.
